From there, we walk through the work with the people who do it. We look at the steps they follow, the tools and spreadsheets involved, and the places where information gets copied, re-entered, or waits on someone. We focus on how the work happens today, not how it is supposed to happen on paper.

Once the review is complete, we put our findings into a KATA Audit Report and walk you through it, so you understand each recommendation and why it matters.

After the KATA Audit, you will receive a clear KATA Audit Report outlining what we found, including:

Pricing

Every KATA Audit is quoted up front as a fixed price, based on how many processes and tools are in scope. We agree on that scope during your free KATA Consult, so you know exactly what the audit covers and what it costs before any work begins.

If the report points to improvements you want built, KATA Implement projects are quoted separately, and only if you choose to move forward.
