KATA Consult is a free introductory consultation designed to help us get to know each other and determine whether Office KATA is the right fit for your business. We'll talk about your business, what you're trying to accomplish, and the processes or challenges that brought you to us. We'll also ask a few basic questions to better understand the scope of your needs and what a potential project might look like.

KATA Consult is for business owners and managers who suspect their team is spending too much time on manual, repetitive work, and want a straight answer about whether it can be improved. It's also the first step for every KATA Audit and KATA Implement project.

KATA Consult isn't a technical deep dive or a full process audit. It's a starting point.

There is no cost and no obligation. If we're a good fit, we'll discuss a sensible next step, which could be a KATA Audit, a focused project, or another Office KATA service.

And if we're not the right fit? That's okay too. We'd rather identify that early than recommend work that doesn't make sense for your business.

KATA Consult is free. If we recommend a next step, such as a KATA Audit or a KATA Implement project, we'll quote it separately, and you decide whether to go ahead.
